For this project in Islamorada, Island Villa Construction delivered a full new-construction build from the ground up. Working on challenging coastal terrain, we erected concrete footings, installed iron boat rack systems, built wood bunks, designed and constructed the administration/office building, and developed multiple docks. Our team ensured marine-grade materials and structural integrity throughout, with careful coordination of permits and site logistics. The result is a state-of-the-art facility providing dry storage, transient slip access, and modern amenities for boaters under the SD Marine Group brand.
