Serving all of the Southest Florida counties, including Monroe, Miami-Dae, and Broward counties as well Northeast Florida counties, including Duval, St. Johns, Putnam, Flagler, Alachua, Clay, and surrounding areas. We combine local expertise with certified skills to deliver complex, high-value projects across the region.
Island Villa Services Group, Inc. was started in 1981 by John Esslinger, a hands-on builder who helped shape the Keys through decades of local work, from resort renovations to community staples. In 2009 the business expanded and changed to Island Villa Construction and John’s son Teak. Today, Island Villa remains family-led and locally invested, backed by long-standing relationships and a deep understanding of Florida’s unique building environment.
Island Villa Construction is a licensed Florida general contractor (CGC 1524387) with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications, reflecting our commitment to safe, compliant job sites. Our safety practices have earned recognition from insurance providers for three years running. We’re also proud members of the Islamorada Chamber of Commerce since 2009, maintaining strong ties to the community we’ve helped build for decades.
