At Anne’s Beach in Islamorada, Island Villa Construction replaced the boardwalk destroyed by Hurricane Irma. The project included rebuilding the boardwalk and pavilions with a new cast-in-place auger foundation, marine-grade lumber, high-grade stainless steel hardware, and composite finishes. Additional work included renovating public restrooms and constructing new parking lots on the north and south sides of the property. Our team ensured structural integrity, durability, and careful coordination, delivering a safe, long-lasting, and visitor-ready public amenity.
