At Key Tree Cactus Preserve in Islamorada, Island Villa Construction built a new park dedicated to protecting an endangered cactus species. The project involved collaborating with arborists, biologists, archaeologists, and building officials to create nature trails through protected hammocks. We constructed a boardwalk through mangroves and marsh areas leading to a small creek with a kayak launch, and built a new public restroom and storage building from the foundation up. Our team ensured structural integrity, durability, and careful coordination throughout the project, delivering a functional, accessible, and environmentally sensitive park for public use.
