At Three Waters Resort in Islamorada, Island Villa Construction transformed an existing bicycle rental shop into a charming new ice cream shop complete with a service window, three soft-serve machines, and a full working kitchen. The renovation involved careful structural modifications, upgrades, and precise finish work to blend with the upscale, island-inspired aesthetic of the resort. Our work ensured the shop was welcoming and functional, with durable surfaces suitable for heavy foot traffic and food service, while maintaining the design standards established across the resort.
